Hardware can be returned within 30 days of purchase in original packaging. Please note that opened software, plug-ins, and DAW subscriptions are non-refundable once the product key has been redeemed.
How do I download my included Studio One software bundle?
Once you register your hardware serial number in your MyPreSonus account, the associated software downloads and license keys will automatically appear in your user portal.
