Returns & Exchanges

At PreSonus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all hardware is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and software licenses deactivated.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your MyPreSonus account, locate your order history, and select the 'Request Return' option to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware and the status of digital licenses, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
